Keith Miller

Keith Miller has been a highly respected CPA in the Phoenix area for more than 30 years. Early in his practice, Miller spent three years with the prestigious firm of Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting firm, where he practiced in both the audit and tax divisions.

Miller then went on to practice for 25 years at the Scottsdale-based CPA firm of Segal Hailey and Company, Ltd. Ultimately, the firm became Segal, Miller and McClain, Ltd, where Miller became the majority owner and the managing shareholder. Today, his practice is limited to a select group of clients who rely on his accounting experience and sophisticated business skills to assist them with transactional issues, income tax planning, estate planning, and related compliance needs.

Active in his community, Miller has served on the Board of Directors of Congregation Kol Ami in all capacities, including as President, as well as being an active president and director for the Lazin Animal Foundation. He is married to his wife of 34 years, Bonnie, and they have two sons.

Jeremiah Beitzel

Jeremiah Beitzel currently practices nonprofit, data privacy, and cybersecurity law. Prior, Beitzel served in the prestigious position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for PetSmart Charities, Inc., as well as Interim Executive Director. He was part of the PetSmart Inc. and PetSmart Charities organization since 2007, providing primary legal support on a variety of critical issues and corporate governance matters for the not for profit organization. He was also the Corporate Secretary of PetSmart Charities of Canada and PetSmart Associate Assistance Foundation.

After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Marquette University Law School, Beitzel worked as Senior Attorney for eFunds Corporation from 2004 to 2007. There, he provided primary legal support for the Risk Management Division and regulatory compliance with consumer credit practices.

Always active in his community, Beitzel has served as a director, officer, and volunteer for Arizona Labrador & Giant Breed Rescue, Inc., Halo Animal Rescue and was a member of the Special Olympics of Arizona Advocacy Resource Leadership Council. He is a proud pet parent to two large breed dogs, Selwynn and Samson.

Susana M. Della Maddalena

Susana M. Della Maddalena is the Chief Administrative Officer at Cancer Support Community Arizona, a non-profit dedicated to providing free emotional and psychological support to individuals impacted by cancer. Della Maddalena has had a long career in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. After receiving an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, she began her career at J. Walter Thompson in Chicago where she led teams in developing national advertising campaigns for SC Johnson & Sons and Kellogg’s Cereal.  She then moved to Los Angeles, where she held leadership positions at Campbell & Wagman, DDB Needham and Dailey & Associates and oversaw marketing and advertising campaign development for Vons and Pavilions grocery stores, KB Homebuilders and First Interstate Bank. In 1996, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she was VP of Marketing for Northern Trust Bank of Arizona for seven years. In 2003, Della Maddalena was able to fulfill her life-long love of pets by becoming VP, Executive Director of PetSmart Charities, where she oversaw fundraising and grant-making activities in both the U.S. and Canada. After ten years at PetSmart Charities, she moved to Oklahoma City to serve as President & CEO of the Central Oklahoma Humane Society for three and a half years. She returned to Arizona in 2017, where prior to joining Cancer Support Community Arizona, she was Executive Director of Altered Tails Spay & Neuter Clinics.

As a volunteer, Della Maddalena has been active in founding two organizations; Friends of Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and The Wellness Community – Arizona. She has received several awards for her leadership in non-profit. She holds a BA from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a pet parent to four adopted dogs and three horses.

Dr. Meredith Frankel

Dr. Meredith Frankel is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a leading private practice in Naples, Florida. Dr. Frankel enjoys working with individuals, couples and groups. She helps people develop more curiosity about their lives, so that they may gain insight into how to live life more abundantly.

Dr. Frankel received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her doctoral degree from The George Washington University. She obtained her post-doctoral fellowship from Georgetown University and continues advanced post-graduate training, believing that psychotherapy practice is nurtured by lifelong learning and experience. She is an active member of the American Academy of Psychotherapists, furthering her interest in psychodynamic and relational therapies.

Dr. Frankel is a proud parent to her daughter Sidney, and to Bernie, her beloved rescue dog.

Debbie Wardrop

Debbie Wardrop has been a highly respected leader in the hospitality and event industry for more than 30 years. Early on in her career, Wardrop rose to senior management positions at the historic Arizona Biltmore, The Boulders Resort & Spa, and for the last decade as General Manager of The Resort at Port Ludlow, a boutique waterfront Inn on the Olympic Peninsula, Washington. Her current project is with the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe in the development of a hotel project as Hotel Manager of 7 Cedars, which will be pet friendly!

From 1999 to 2005, in her capacity as Director of Events for the National Football League, Wardrop masterminded mega-corporate hospitality events for the League. From 2006 to 2007, Wardrop served as CEO of the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl XLII, which earned her a reputation as one of Arizona’s top business executives.

Always active in community and charitable causes, Wardrop served three terms on the Board of Trustees of her alma mater, William Jewell College in Missouri. She’s been married to her high-school sweetheart, Michael since the “year of the US Bicentennial” and has a “grand-puppy,” Eloise who resides in NYC.
